I have lot the ability to set the Top and Bottom margins in my Word 2003.

When I go to Page Setup and try to reset them the remain at the very Top
and the very Bottom of the page.

I tried reinstalling Office 2003 (after uninstalling and cleaning the
Registry) but the problem remains.

Can a Word Expert or someone help me fix this?
