Hi,

I need to create a template then autopolulate it from information presented
in a table (Excel or Word) that contains bits of information e.g. the table a
two columns and is like Name = Dean, Age = 21, Gender = Male, Drug Name =
Bropurion, Dose 300mg
Then the document (template) says:

This 21 yeas old male paitient called Dean was hospitalised due to a serious
adverse reaction to Bropurion 300mg.

Please advise.

Look into mail merge, even though you are only doing one record at a time.
