Default select table

Hi,

I have an Excel document with customer names, addresses, ... in it

I select this Excel document as datasource in Word.
When I have to choose the table, I get 2 possibilities:

Sheet1$ and Sheet1$default__VA_EXPCUSTOMER

What's the difference between those 2?
