=rand(200,99)
....then press Enter and wait about 15 seconds.

And I got 160 pages of the same sentence repeated throughout the document.
Something about a Fox. (Word XP). (Over 200 pages in Office 2003...maybe the
margins were different.

"The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog."

What other hacks like this are out there?
