I need my infor to print in a mirror image for a heat transfer label

Word itself doesn't have any way to do that. If your printer is capable of it,
the printer driver will have a setting.

In Word's Print dialog, click the Properties button next to the printer's name
to open a dialog that's provided by the printer driver. This dialog is different
for every manufacturer, and sometimes for different models from the same
manufacturer, so I can't tell you exactly where to look.

If you find an option button, a check box, or a dropdown that mentions "mirror
image" or "T-shirt transfer" or "iron-on", select that. If there's a Help
button, or if you still have the user manual for the printer, that should help
you to find the setting -- assuming it exists.
