How do I see a doc outline with custom headings?
I can't use View - Outline for the custom headings I created (the
equivalent of MyHeading1, MyHeading 2, etc.). I can't use View - Document Map, either. And every time I use Index - Reference - Index Tables to generate a new TOC, the Microsoft built-in style names come up (Heading 1, Heading 2, etc.). I have to click Options, click the Reset button, then choose my custom styles again. Is there an easy way to quickly generate an outline of my custom style headings? Is there a way to set my custom styles as the default in the TOC? I'm using Microsoft Office 2002 with SP3, on Microsoft Windows XP Version 2002 with SP2. Thanks very much! |
