Sequence command in a field
I have a document where I want to insert "[Q1]", "[Q2]" etc at selected
points throughout. I would like the numbers to run in sequence when I have finished, but I will not be entering them in sequence. Is there some way of entering them so they put themselves automatically in sequence. I have looked at the Insert|Field|Sequence command, but I can't find an option which will achieve that. Is there a way of doing it? I am using Word 2000 on Windows 2000. |
