In Word 2007 beta2, the keyboard shortcuts keep disappearing.
I found that the old shortcuts weren't good anymore. I'm talking about
CTRL+C, CTRL+V, CTRL+S etc... I went to customization and I restored as many of them as I could (some commands are not there in All Commands: for instance I couldn't find "undo"....) The next day, my shortcuts are gone again. I'm trying to undo and it doesn't obey the shortcut command. And it's not the only thing I cannot see in "All commands". For instance, line spacings are not there anymore to put in the Quick Command toolbar (I mean single line, one and a half line and double line). Thanks |

Which beta build? (Office button, Word Options, Resources).

Hi Leda,
You may want to update your Office 2007 beta 2 product with the technical refresh patches (search for B2TR at http://microsoft.com/downloads) A number of things changed as far as the shortcuts with the B2TR update. The Word menu commands from 2003 generally work, while those such as Ctrl+C, Ctrl+S, Ctrl+V and Ctrl+Z (undo) should work in Word 2007 with or without the B2TR update. If they're not then one possibility is that you have an add-in running with Word 2007 that may have a compatability issue. If you start Word 2007 with Office safe mode (hold ctrl key while starting Word), do the shortcut keys work? ============== "Leda" wrote in message ...
