Dear All
I have a situation: I need to create a word documentwith access query as record source. The query contains one to many records (suppliers and product for example). How can I create such merged document in such a way , each document contains ONE supplier and its corresponding MANY product. Any ideas ...thanks -- Mohammad Saeb MSCE 2000/2003 Oracle OCP Soon |

That's what mailmerge is all about. Well covered in Help.

Hi ?B?TW9oYW1tYWQgU2FlYg==?=,
How can I create such merged document in such a way , each document contains ONE supplier and its corresponding MANY product. Word's mail merge doesn't really support this, but there are ways you can get around it. Take a look at the short discussion in the mail merge FAQ on my website. You'll find links to sample documents.
