Hi there
The number of pages in a document used to show on the bottom left of the
tool bar section in Word, but it's disappeared which is really frustrating,
as I now have to go and count them in print preview.

Can anyone help me restore this feature?

Go to tools, click on options, select the view tab and put a check mark in
the box next to status bar

If you have Word 2007, right-click a blank area of the status bar (the
formal name of that bar at the bottom of the window) and click Page Number
to turn it on.
