Patch package could not be opened
Everytime I open Word, it tries to install the program. If i clear the error
I can then use it . How can I repair? An error occured and this feature is no longer functioning.... Brad |

This problem is typical of situations where the original was installed when
logged in as administrator and the patch as a user, or vice versa.Best bet is to uninstall completely, then, as administrator, re-install the original and then the service packs.
