Producing tables with Mailmerge
Dear all,
I want to use the mailmerge function to produce hundreds of forms from an Excel file. The Excel file contains some sales data like this: Purchaser Item Price Amy Table 100 Amy Chair 50 Amy Desk 80 Betty Chair 60 Betty Sofa 120 Carl Sofa 100 Carl Desk 70 Carl Table 100 Carl Mat 50 The table is sorted by the column "Purchaser". Can I use the mailmerge function to produce forms like this: Purchaser: Amy Item Price Table 100 Chair 50 Desk 80 etc... One page contains only one form where the form contains all purchase of a purchaser. Besides, can the form be tabulated? Best Regards, Andy |
