watermark partial print only
I have created a draft watermark in Word 2003 using the background function.
It looks great on screen, but when I try to print it only DAT or DAF or RF prints instead of DRAFT. It puts spaces in the place of the missing letters. I have tried single-sided and double-sided printing but neither works. I have tried printing the same page several times and different combinations of letters print, but never the whole word. It's a wierd one. -- Julie |

In the Printed Watermark dialog, clear the check box for "Semitransparent."

We don't know why that works, but it usually does. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org |
