How does one make multiple copies of a small frame on one page?
How does one make multiple frames on one page of a small telephone index, e.g.?
This would allow one to cutout several indexes from one whole page. Thank you for any assistance. |

Hope I understand your question correctly.
You could create a table with the number of columns and rows you want (Table Insert Table). Each table cell will function as a €śframe€ť in which you can type/insert the information you want. For an introduction to Word tables, see this article: http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFl...ableBasics.htm -- Regards Lene Fredborg DocTools - Denmark www.thedoctools.com Document automation - add-ins, macros and templates for Microsoft Word "Graeme N.
