Default Renumbering word template

I'm using an existing word template from our main office and need to insert a
row and renumber existing rows and include the new row. I can insert the row
but it will not include numbering without renumbering 100 more rows
individually. Any suggestions?

Ctrl+A (to SelectAll) and press F9 (update fields).
