I can not the get the menu toolbar, eg file, edit, insert, view, tools etc
only icons. I am sure there is a really simple way of doing this but cant
find it anyway. Can anyone help please!

Take a look in ToolsCustomize - Toolbars, make sure there is a check in the
box for Menu Bar. If the Menu still doesn't display if the box is checked,
click on the bar's *name* to select it, then click the Reset button.
