Default Word 2000: Select a paragraphs of certain style

In Word 2000, without going into VB, is there a way to select all
paragraphs of a certain style e.g. Heading 3?

As a follow-on question, is there a way to apply Normal style to all
paragraphs of a certain style?

For the latter, I can use the search/replace, and simply enter format
styles for the thing to search, and the thing to replace it with.

It would still be handy to do the first item, though.

To your first question, I think this is not possible in Word 2000, no. In
Word 2002 and above (which have the Styles task pane), you can "Select all
instances" of a given style, and in Word 2003 and above, you can use Find to
do the same thing ("Highlight all items found"), but I don't believe Word
2000 has any of these features.
