I am trying to design a form for several users. The tables on my form do not
show borders or gridlines, but when I send the document to other users for
review, the table borders reappear. How do I remove these borders for all
users?

Display of table gridlines (which are not the same as borders) is a
per-user, not a per-document setting, but see
