Problem sending document to e-mail from Word
I work for an organisation that uses Exchange as its mail server. I use
Outlook 2000 as my e-mail client - this works fine. However, when I want to send a document as an e-mail attachment (File Send To..) in Word I do not get the Global Address List or any of my personal contacts stored in Exchange. All I get is a blank address book which I cannot e-mail from. It appears as though Word 2000 is trying to use a local address book and Outlook Express to send the mail instead of Outlook 2000. I have looked all over for a solution to this problem but cannot find one. Other colleagues have the same setup as myself but they do not have a problem. Can anyone help with this matter. |
