How switch off name appearing in text when editing forwarded mail
When I forward mail in Outlook from another person or from one I sent
earlier, my name keeps coming up in at every change in Bold, italic & parentheses. I've switched off all tracking, cleared "make hidden mark ups visible". Don't know what else to do. The addressee has a problem getting rid if I don't clear them. Uses Word as Outlook editor |
