Default Table woes

All of a sudden, and for no reason I can figure out, each time I place a
table on a document -- either a brand new doc or an older one -- and start
typing in it, the words are in bold. This was not previously the case.

What in the world did I do, and how can I alleviate this maddening problem
so that I don't constantly have to be changing the type from Bold to Regular?

Thanks for this and all of your past help!

Make sure it's not just a display artifact (from having the zoom increased),
then check to see what Table AutoFormat (or Table Style) is applied. Also,
if you create a table in a paragraph formatted in a heading style, the text
in the table will be in that style unless you change it to something else.

Thanks, Suzanne: It was a Table AutoFormat situation. I'm sure glad you're
there!
