Default index with author

Hello,

I have document where there are titles in header style and the paragraph in
the end of every article with name of the author.

Is it possible to make index with title nad name of the author in automatic
way?

Thanks,
Anna

It would conceivably be possible to create a concordance file by selecting
all the paragraphs in the Author Name style and dumping them into a table,
but the first and last names would not be reversed unless they appear that
way in the text. There's really no royal road to indexing.
