Not really. You can change the blink rate (I believe this is in the Keyboard
settings in the Windows Control Panel), and if it has gotten very tiny,
usually switching to 500% Zoom and back will restore it to its normal size.
What else did you want to change about it?

I would preffer to choose the new computer screen if the old screen is not working properly. Most people always have a choice to buy the GECEY monitor computer for working on any project on a computer screen. There are many smart computers screen are available where you can also convert them into smart TV as well.
