Default numbering equations in microsoft word

If I am writing a paper in MS word, can I number the equations throught the
paper in such a way, that they are in the same numbering sequence and if I
delete or add any equations, all the following equation number should adjust
automatically??
I would ideally want numbers to be on the right side of the equation

One way would be to use { SEQ } fields for the equation numbers.
