Default Mail Merge Data

I need to add a header and print a data source (mail merge recipient list).
I use to be able to view source and make changes by adding gridelines and a
header. Please Help Soon!

The data source is just a table. It should be a separate file that you can
open. See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MailMerge/...DataSource.htm
