Is there a way to use Word 2007 in-text citation to make footnotes? It's
cool the way the in-text citation manages the citation information in a long
document, but some publishers still want footnotes and endnotes. Is there a
conversion or some way to manage footnotes and endnotes short of creating
each one one at a time.

As far as I know, you have to insert the footnotes manually. Alternatively,
there might be some third-party application that deals with footnote
references.
