Default please help

I am now entrusted with updating procedures. The old procedures were made in
2004.

I opened the document and now hit the convert key to make it to 2007 format.

However, I find that the document is typed with a large left margin.
When I hit the paragraph marker (pilcrow) I find out the margin created by
tabs.
How do I remove all the tab marks and make the doc normal.

I have about 50 docs like this

Use Replace to replace ^t with nothing. This will remove *all* tab
characters. Alternatively, you can try using Alt+drag to column-select just
the tabs, then Delete.
