Default page heading on locked form

Our organization has several locked forms in use. Is it possible to use the
data from a field in the header or footer, such as a date entered by a user,
so that it prints/displays on all pages?

Thanks.

You can apply a unique style to the field that you want to repeat, and then
add a STYLEREF field, pointing to that style, in the header (or footer). See
http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/S....htm#FormField.

Apply a style to that field, one that isn't used anywhere else. Then use a
StyleRef field in the header or footer.

The style can be one that you create, and it doesn't have to contain any
formatting other than the "Default Paragraph Format". If the field is in a
paragraph with other things, make the style a character style instead of a
paragraph style.
