Default Can I use a word document as my screen saver?

I'm trying to put my work schedule as my screen saver. Is this possible?

With the schedule visible in Word, click Alt+PrintScreen to copy it to
the clipboard as a screen shot. Open Windows Paint and paste, then
save it as a jpg or bmp file. Make that your screen saver.
