You probably can't. Most printers are incapable of printing to the edge and
the preview is reflecting what the printer driver will allow. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org martin wrote: Whenever I set something as a background (a picture, a color) I get white edges when i put on print preview? Select your Adobe "printer" as the active printer while you are creating the
document; then Print Preview will show you what will "print" to PDF. -- Suzanne S. Thanks a lot! Everything works superbly!
Another tiny question, though, how to set different background colors for the first page and for following pages. Thanks already in advance! "Suzanne S. If you have checked "Different first page" on the Layout tab of Page Setup,

I would appreciate if you could explain a little bit more.
I want to set the full page to color, not only the headers. "Suzanne S. A "background" is just a watermark; a watermark is a graphic anchored to the
header so it will repeat on every page. -- Suzanne S.
