Default Headers and footers are not printing in normal lighter shade

Headers and footers are printing the same as the document text - not in the
lighter shade I am used to.

Headers and footers are dimmed in the display when you are in the document
layer (and vice versa) but do not ordinarily print dimmed unless you have
chosen a lighter shade for the font color or Washout/Watermark formatting
for any graphics.
