I would like to know how can define new format styles , and how are all
parameters in all menues

Beleive me: you definitely do _not_ want to know what *all parameters*
in Word mean! [Plus this would exceed any sensible message size in a
newsgroup. :-)]

What version of Word are you using? In the earlier version, the ToolTips
might be a good help (click on the "?" sign in each windown, then on the
thing that interests you).
