How do I change the size of the dashed box around the header?
I have different headers for separate chapters in my document. Somehow the
size of the header box is different among the chapters. How do I change it to be uniform throughout the entire document? |

How do I change the size of the dashed box around the header?
Display nonprinting characters (Ctrl+* or click the Show/Hide ¶ button) and
