When viewing a Word document in the 'Print Layout' mode, the cursor is at the
top of the page...no margin visible at the top of the page. The document
will preview or print correctly with the appropriate margins or headers, but
on the screen, for normal viewing, the top is chopped off.
I don't remember Word being this way in the past and is not this way on the
same version on my wife's computer.

In Word, click on Tools | Options | View | check the "White space between
pages" box | OK.
