Usually it helps to use that big empty box on the web page to type in some
description of what the problem is. :-) In the tradition of the Great Carsoni, I'll hold your post to my forehead and announce "The question is... How can I select the picture so I can delete it?" That depends on how the picture was inserted and where. The leading candidates a - The picture was inserted in the body of the text and formatted as "behind text". In that case, display the Drawing toolbar, click the big white Select Objects arrow, and click the picture. - The picture was inserted in a header or footer. First open the header or footer area (double-click the header/footer, or use the View Header and Footer command), then use the Select Objects arrow. - The picture was inserted with the Format Background Printed Watermark command. That's really the same thing as putting it in the header. If none of that helps, post back with actual details... -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org |
