How do I create two continius lines using the equation symbol?
======================================= (here there are spaces!), or how do
I create one continius lign using the hyphen ------------- (there are spaces
and the line is not continius).

Instead of using the equal sign, or any other character for that matter,
apply a border to the relevant text paragraph.

And note that this will happen automatically if you have automatic borders
enabled in AutoFormat As You Type: type three equals signs and press Enter
and get a double-line border, and so on.
