Default page one of template prints okay, page two has text box line why

I am printing a certificate template with a name and % on it. I have over
250 to print, and would like to be able to change the name and % each time
without going out of the template and re opening it ~ but if I don't do that,
each certificate after the first one I print has the text box showing . Why
is this. I thought it was if I change names, but that doesn't matter ~ it
wants me to go completely out and re-open the template again before I type
another name and % ~ if not, I get the text box showing. Please help, and
tell me what to do so I can use the same template on my screen, and just
change the name and % each time and then print.

Alice, I don't have an answer for your "template". However it sounds like
using Mailmerge to craete thsoe certificates might be a solution. Do you by
chance already have the list of names and percentages in a file of some form,
Word, Excel Access. If you do then converting your template into a mailmerge
doc should be a quick solution.
