Default Paragraph Indentation

Somehow every new document I open - the paragraph indentation defaults to

Left:12
Right:6

and I have to manually adjust it all the time (New documents and when I cut
and paste) to "0".

How do I re-set the "overall default" to 0?

SAVE ME!
