Default Pls urgent help needed

When I type something the neighbour words - they dont shift to the right but
are eaten by new words I type.....pls help

You have (probably accidently) hit the INSERT button on your keyboard.
Try to press it again and see if your problem disappears.
(When you press the INSERT button, check in the bottom of your Word
window and see if the word OVR looses it's boldness)

Press the Insert Key once.

This key toggle between Overtype - your problem, and insert modes.
