Default Not printing to correct tray

I have a user who is using mail merge to create envelopes. However when she
does the print and selects tray 1 (The tray with the envelopes) when the
print job arrives at the printer it is going to the default tray with 8 1/2 X
11 1/2 paper in tray 2. Any ideas on why it is selecting the default tray
instead of the tray 1. Also this is not an issue when she prints a single
envelope.

If you are merging envelopes, it pays to use an envelope template (create
your own or use one you can download from my web site) and set the tray
parameters in page setup.
