Default Word 2003 Track Changes Question

Can you hide the changes to make them go away or can you only accept or
reject changes to make them disappear?

Default Word 2003 Track Changes Question

You can do either or both, independently. It depends on what you mean by "go
away".

If you want to be able to hide and redisplay the changes, use the "Final"
and "Final Showing Markup" views at the left end of the Reviewing toolbar.
The tracking of the changes will stay in the document file. Be very careful
if you send the file to anyone else -- they will be able to see any changes
you haven't accepted/rejected, and that could be embarrassing or worse.

Read http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/trac...ngesWorks.html
and
http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/trac...ngToolbar.html
to learn about this.
