Never ever read from, write to or print from floppy with Word. This is the
most certain method of ensuring document corruption. Copy to the hard disc
and work on the document from there. For the purpose of this exercise
consider a CD writer as a floppy drive so copy the document to the CD using
your writing software or zip it up and e-mail it to him.
