pasting from other documents
I sometimes paste into word 2007 from other documents, mostly
paragraphs. But the "Cursor" stays at the "end of the Last Line of the Pasted paragraph. I would like the cursor to Move down "automatically" and be inserted to start a "fresh paragraph", and not hae the cursor sit at the sit of the last line of the paragraph after I paste. I want this because I like to continue typing almost immediately and start a new paragraph. I don't want to press the return key. Is there a way to have the Cursor drop down to the next line or next double line, so I can immediately begin typing a new paragraph from the left margin as I normally do. Can this be done without creating a macro. Thankyou |
