I have created a form which works quite well, with one exception...as I am
typing information into one field, the next field beside it moves around ie:

[] First Name: __________ [] Last Name: ____________

As I am typing the First Name into the text field, the Last Name section
beside it tabs over on its own.

How do I prevent this from happening so that nothing moves around when
entering information?

I never even thought to incorporate a table with my form...problem solved!
