Smart TOC
Is there any to mark certain portions of the document so that when you click
a link in the contents or somewhere, word will pull all those marked sections into a single view? Eg: Say i'm writing a large document on toys (price, description, market, etc) and in it's normal form, i have it divided into sections of type of toys: 1. Action Figures 2. Trains 3. Barbie Dolls. Now say I wanted to see a view of all the toys under $50. Of course that's assuming that as I was writing this, I was also marking these sections with these tags. So when I click on a link (in the TOC) it will show me all the sections of toys that I had previously marked as $50 or less. Hopefully that was clear. Any way to do this in Word? Thanks. |
