Hi,

I am sending mail using mail merge. Everything is fine in mail merge. Mail
also send sucessfully.

My only problem is, hyperlink is missing in the mail sent. i am using a
hyperlink in word document (It is possible to view hyperlink in mail merge
preview).

In the mail inbox, hyperlink becomes ordinary text.

Kindly suggest me some ways to solve the issue?

This could be because your email application's Message Format is in PLAIN TEXT.
If you are using Microsoft Outlook as your email application, then you can
- Go to Tools
- Select Options
- In the Mail Format tab, select either HTML or Rich Text
