At times in word help you see the use of + and - buttons to view or close
hidden text. Can this be used in a normal word document and if so how?

Word doesn't have anything built in to show/hide text. What you mentioned is
an HTML thing that works in the Help because the Help window is really a
copy of Internet Explorer.

Greg Maxey has a fairly elaborate method of doing this with a macro and
