Hello

I have a .tif image that i would like to use as a template for my headed
paper.
The .tif is the size of my paper but i cannot find how to apply it to cover
the whole page.

Anchor the image to the header (or, more likely, the First Page Header) and
set the wrapping to Behind Text.
