Default Creating mandatory fields in a Form

Hello,

I'm using Word 2002 on a Windows 2000 system. I'm looking to create a form
and insert fields that respondants are required to fill out. Is there a way
to do this? Thanks in advance for your help.

For creation of the form see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...nTheBlanks.htm and especially
the forms tutorials by Dian Chapman that this article links to. For field
validation, see http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFm...ateFFields.htm
