I have the page layout set for 1.5 inch left margin and 1" top, bottom, and
right. the text must be aligned left per thesis requirements and text not go beyond 1" right margin...but in page layout and printed version text goes beyond the right margin. How do I limit that? |

If the text is routinely going beyond the right margin then either (1) your
printer is not correctly aligned and you need to change the document margin to compensate or (2) your paragraphs have a negative right indent. If you're seeing this onscreen in Page Layout view, then (2) is more likely. -- Suzanne S. I think (2) is correct. How do I remove a negative right indent.
